I haven’t sent an email after 5PM in years. That’s not because I log off early or treat evenings as sacred. I still work when I need to, and I often write things late at night. But no one ever sees those messages until the next day, delivered during my chosen communication window from 10AM to 5PM. The work continues, but the boundary stays in place.
